My Products
The My Products section lists the Sage Ireland products registered to your company. For each product, the list specifies the Serial Number, Version Number and Last Modified Date.
What does each field mean?
Serial:The serial number of the relevant software product. You can also access this number within the product by selecting the Help - About menu option. The serial number is specific to the version number.
Product: The name of the product you have registered.
Product Description: A brief description of the product.
Version: The product's version number. The serial number is specific to the version number.
Product ID: The product code used by Sage Ireland.
Last Modified: The date the product details were last modified in your Sage Ireland account.
My Financials
The My Financials section enables you to view and reprint up-to-date copies of your Sage Ireland invoices, credits and statements.
- To query an invoice or credit note, click Send Query.
- To view the details of the invoice or credit note, click Details.
- To reprint an invoice or credit note, click Details. In the screen that opens, click Reprint Invoice.
My Company Information
The Company Information section enables you to review and maintain your company's information. Keeping this information up to date helps Sage Ireland to stay in touch with you.
Company Details
Essential company information, such as the company name, address, e-mail, phone and fax.
General Information
Includes your industry type, size of your company, turnover and bank name.
Company Contacts
A list of contact names Sage Ireland can use to get in touch with you about your customer account. You can edit each contact's details as necessary.
Product Registration Details
Details of each of your account's registered Sage Ireland products. You can edit the information displayed here to ensure that we have the correct version number, and to specify whether the product is Active (still in use) or Inactive (no longer in use).
My Support
This area enables you to access Product Support directly, which is designed to help you to resolve technical queries. You must have a valid support contract to be able to use the Product Support service
MySage Area
Need help with you MySage account? This section provides you with access to MySage help files, Frequently Asked Questions, and a password retrieval service.
Keeping You Updated
Here you can set up alert subscriptions, so that you can opt in or out of communications from Sage.
